Introduction
At New Direction Community Church, we believe no one in our church family should face a hard season alone. If you or your household have been affected by the government shutdown — such as loss or delay of SNAP benefits, income, or other resources — please complete this confidential form.
Our goal is to identify needs within our membership so we can provide food boxes and other essential support as available.
This form is for New Direction members and regular attendees only at this time. We will expand our community support as resources grow.
What We’re Offering

• Pantry & essential items (as supplies allow)
• Prayer and care follow-up from our pastoral team
